Calocurb's active ingredient is Amarasate®, an extract from hops only grown in the South Island of New Zealand.
Amarasate® works by stimulating the gastric tastebuds to release a natural blend of gastric peptides GLP-1, CCK, and PYY. This triggers the 'bitter break' that helps the body effectively manage appetite, overeating, cravings, and hunger.
In a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) credited facility, Amarasate® is gently blended with Calocurb's other two ingredients, rosemary leaf extract (a natural preservative) and a Non-GMO, glycophosphate-free canola oil (a stable, consistent oil that allows Amarasate® to disperse effectively upon contact with the gut surface).

Extraction technology
We ensure that Amarasate® is gently extracted from its unique hop flower and uses no harsh chemicals. Such a pure extraction process is known as CO2 supercritical extraction. This technology ensures we get only a 'purified hops extract' and no hop waste.
CO2 supercritical extraction removes almost all organic material from the hops, including prenylflavonoids, which research has shown to elicit a sedative effect. The prenylflavonoids are reduced to negligible levels during the production of Amarasate®.
